Move Score
Terms of use
These terms cover the Move Score app and service, provided by Move Beyond (mbeg.org). By using Move Score you agree to them. Please also read the privacy policy.

1. The service
Move Score shows live scores, the order of play, draws, standings and alerts for events run on the Move Beyond tournament platform, and lets you follow players and teams, collect an event pass, see your own player history and register for events. The app is free and has no in-app purchases or ads; an event's entry fee, when there is one, is paid to the event (section 6).
Scores and times are entered by event officials and may be delayed, corrected or changed by the organiser. The official result is the one announced by the event. Do not rely on Move Score for betting or any decision where a delay or error could cause you a loss.
2. Accounts
You can use Move Score without an account. Accounts are through Sign in with Apple or Google, or an email and password. An account speaks for one player: a player code, a phone code, your confirmed email, an organiser's offer you accept, or your own registration links it to that player's entries and history. Keep your player code to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account and can delete it at any time in the app (how).
3. Officials
Referee and staff features are only for officials authorised by the event organiser. Access codes are personal to the event; do not share them. Scores entered under a code are recorded with that official role.
4. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use automated means to collect data from the service, overload it, or flood cheers or other counters;
- share, fake or reuse venue codes to stamp a pass for a day you were not at the event;
- put offensive or misleading text, or someone else's name without permission, on your event pass;
- access officials' features without authorisation, or try to get around security or rate limits;
- copy, modify or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
We may limit or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Move Score Stories. Signed-in users can post pictures made in the app's story composer to Move Score Stories, where anyone can see them for 24 hours. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: nothing offensive, sexual, hateful, harassing, violent or misleading, and nothing about another person without their permission. Anyone can report a story or block its poster from the story itself; a story several people report is hidden at once, and we review reports within 24 hours, remove what breaks these rules and ban those who post it. Write to mohamed.wahid.gm@gmail.com about any story.
5. Content and names
The app, its design and software belong to Move Beyond. Event names, logos, team names, flags and sponsor marks belong to their owners and are shown to identify the events. Player names and results are shown as published by the event organiser. Score cards you share are for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Organisations, registration and payment
Events and leagues are run by organisations (clubs, academies and organisers) that use the Move Beyond platform. The organisation running an event decides who takes part, its rules, fee and schedule, and sees the names and contact details entered on a registration for it.
- By default places go to whoever pays first: registering holds no place, and your entry is confirmed when your payment goes through. Some events ask the organiser to approve each entry first; you then pay after it is approved, and your place is kept for 24 hours while you do.
- When you register a team, you confirm the other players agreed to be registered and to their details being shared with the organiser. Their entries are not linked to your account.
- Online payments are processed by XPay, our payment provider, and only for Move Beyond's own events. Move Score never sees your card. Other events are free or paid at the venue.
- Refunds of an online payment are made by the organiser until 24 hours before the event's start time; after that, entries are not refunded except where the law requires it. You can ask for a refund in the app (My profile → Registrations).
- Fees paid at the venue are settled with the organiser.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Move Score running during events but cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. We may change, add or remove features, and may ask you to update the app to keep using it.
8. Liability
Move Score is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Move Beyond is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by delayed, missing or incorrect scores, times or alerts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. App stores
These terms are between you and Move Beyond, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Move Score and are not responsible for any claims relating to it. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use must also follow the store's own terms.
10. Ending and changes to these terms
You can stop using Move Score at any time by deleting the app (and your account, if you have one). If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Move Score after a change means you accept it.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: mohamed.wahid.gm@gmail.com.
